Our “fries” with benefits

Ingredients

Cauliflower Rice, Hard Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Milk Enzymes), Potatoes Powder, Bamboo and Psyllium Fiber, Rice Starch, High Oleic Sunflower Seed Oil, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper.

Contains Milk. May Contain Wheat and Soybeans.

Preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven to 450 °F with the rack in the center. Place hash browns on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes; flip with a spatula. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes or until browned. Let them cool for 3-4 minutes.

Skillet: Preheat a nonstick skillet on medium with 1-2 tsp oil; add hash browns. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Drain on paper towels; let cool for 3-4 minutes.

Fryer: Preheat the unit to 400 °F on the Air Fry setting. Arrange hash browns in a single layer (do not overcrowd) and cook for 15-17 minutes, turning as needed. Let them cool for 3-4 minutes.
