SPRING hot-dog




  • 4 würstel plant-based IDEALE
  • 4 hot-dog buns
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 carrot
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • mayonnaise and ketchup to taste


1) Start by preparing the ingredients, wash and cut the carrots and lettuce into julienne strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and the hot dog bread in half.

2) Prepare the 4 hot dogs in a pan and once ready, arrange the bread cut in half in the same pan in order to heat and lightly toast it.

3) As soon as the rolls are ready, while they are still hot, arrange the cheese inside so that it melts, the lettuce, the cherry tomatoes, the julienne carrot and the hot dog, garnish as desired with mayonnaise and ketchup or with yogurt sauce for a healthier variation.
