Ingredients

Cooked Chickpeas (Chickpeas, Water, Salt) 42%, Potatoes, Broccoli 12%, Vegetable Fiber, Batter (Water, Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Raising Agents: Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate; Thickeners: Methylcellulose; Sugar, Wheat Starch, Natural Flavouring), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Turmeric, Yeast, Paprika, Malted Wheat Flour), Wheat Starch, Powdered Potato, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Spinach Powder.

Contains Cereals Containing Gluten. May Contain Traces of Soybeans, Celery, and Mustard.

Preparation

Skillet: Preheat plenty of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan to 180 °C. Fry the frozen fries over medium heat for 1-1.5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The product is ready to be served when it reaches the desired degree of browning and crispness. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes, turning fries over halfway through cooking. The product is ready to be served when it reaches the desired degree of browning and crispness. Carefully remove the baking tray from the oven, let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes, and serve.
