Pasta: Gluten-free pasta preparation [corn starch, potato starch, pea flour, vegetable fiber (potato, corn, pea, psyllium), natural flavors], Pasteurized eggs, water, extra virgin olive oil.

Filling: Lactose-free ricotta cheese (pasteurized delactose whey, salt, acidity corrector: citric acid), Lactose-free grated cheese (Lactose-free milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme, anti-caking agent E460),Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), Pecorino Toscano (pasteurized sheep’s milk, milk enzymes, rennet, salt), Lactose-free Mascarpone (pasteurized delactose cream cheese, acid)

Preparation

Stove Top:  Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the frozen cauliflower pasta to the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain the water. Finally, enjoy the pasta with your favorite sauce.
