Healthy and full of flavor
Organic Zucchini, Organic Red Pepper, Organic Eggplant.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C with the rack in the center. Place frozen vegetables on a greased large baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake for 15-16 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Season to taste as desired.
Stove Top: Cook the frozen vegetables in a non-stick frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over moderate-high heat for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste as desired.
Microwave: Remove frozen vegetables from the bag and pour them into a microwave-safe dish without overlap. Cook on medium-high (700W) for about 4 minutes. Season to taste as desired.
Note: These instructions serve as guidelines only. Cooking times may vary; adjust accordingly. For food safety and the best product quality, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 74°C.
