Ingredients

Cauliflower Gnocchi: Cauliflower, Corn Flour, Potato Starch, Vegetable Fiber (Bamboo, Potato, Psyllium), Rice Flour, Water, Salt.

Pesto Sauce: Water, Basil, Part-Skim Milk, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzyme, Lysozyme [From Egg]), Corn Starch, Grated Italian Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzyme), Vegetable Oil (One or more of the following: Canola Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil), Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt.

Preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven to 450 °F with the rack in the center. Place hash browns on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes; flip with a spatula. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes or until browned. Let them cool for 3-4 minutes.

Skillet: Preheat a nonstick skillet on medium with 1-2 tsp oil; add hash browns. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Drain on paper towels; let cool for 3-4 minutes.

Fryer: Preheat the unit to 400 °F on the Air Fry setting. Arrange hash browns in a single layer (do not overcrowd) and cook for 15-17 minutes, turning as needed. Let them cool for 3-4 minutes.
