Cauliflower, Corn Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Bamboo Fiber, Water, Garlic Powder, Salt.
Stove Top: Bring 3 quarts of water to a gentle boil on HIGH in a large pot; salt if desired. Carefully add the cauliflower gnocchi; stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain immediately or lift them out with a slotted spoon. Add directly to the prepared sauce of your choice.
