Preparation

Stovetop/Skillet: Pour the desired amount of frozen cauliflower into a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté until heated through and water has cooked off. Cooking times may vary depending on the amount of cauliflower being prepared, about 5 minutes for the 340g bag.

Microwave: Open the outer bag. Remove internal bag(s) and place in the microwave for about 5 minutes. If cooking more than one bag, make sure they are not overlapping. Do not pierce the bag. Do not microwave the outer packaging.

Notes: Since microwave ovens may vary in power, these instructions serve as guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and the best product quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 °F. Avoid overcooking. Reheating of the product is not recommended. Promptly refrigerate or discard any leftovers.
